Concord Staffing Services, or CSS, specializes in matching top talent with companies for permanent, temporary and temp-to-hire placements. We have provided our services to clients and candidates in the cities of Seguin, New Braunfels, Universal City, Schertz, San Antonio, Live Oak, Cibolo, Marion, and San Marcos. We are locally owned and operated.
Do I have to pay a fee to CSS?
No, there is never any charge to candidates.
How can I submit my resume?

What should I bring to my CSS interview?
When you interview with Concord Staffing Services, bring a copy of your resume, any employment references with phone numbers, and identification that shows who you are and that you have a right to work in the U.S.
Are any tests administered prior to employment with CSS?
In accordance with Concord Staffing Services' "no tolerance" drug policy, all employees must receive a negative test result on a pre-employment drug test prior to their first day of work. Additional drug screening may be administered at random, due to reasonable cause, post accident, or when an employee returns to duty. When required, Concord Staffing Services may also conduct safety tests, skill assessments, customized company tests, criminal background investigations, and motor vehicle record checks.
How soon after I complete the screening and testing process can I start working?
Immediately.
How long will it take to place me in a position?
It depends on the needs of our clients as well as your marketability, including your skills, availability, and flexibility. Some new employees are offered assignments immediately.
